2Introduction

The Office of Personnel is responsible for managing employment, recruitment, transfers, salary, leave of absence, dealing with their salary scales, insurance, retirement, welfare, pension and other personnel related affairs. The Office of Personnel has a director and some employees.

The Office of Personnel plays an integral part to respond to the Yuh-Ing Junior College of Health Care & Management’s mission and agenda, and support the administrative work of every department by following the personnel regulations and policies of the College. We hope to develop effective manpower to proactively help benefit the development objetives of the College.

 

2Work Objectives

Implement comprehensive HR service system and provide the best service quality and organizational efficiency.  

Conduct rebuilding of organization culture and promote life-long learning and growth for teaching staff. 

Improve teaching staff benefits, teaching staff health, and school harmony. 

Fulfill corporate social responsibility and provide the public with the best life-long learning environment.
