Teacher Development and Learning Resources Section

 

Focused on cultivating professional personnel needed by society, and providing comprehensive teaching resources to young professionals who wish to advance themselves. The professional knowledge learned can increase work efficiency and enhance the quality of the nation’s talented people. The courses provide both theoretical and practical learning, and are expected to increase the competitive abilities of future professionals.

1.Assist in coordinating, convening, documenting, and managing relevant tasks of the Higher Education Enhancement Project Promotion Committee.

2.Compile, organize, chart, track expenses, and submit related tasks for the Higher Education Enhancement Project proposal, including filling out forms on the Ministry of Education's management and examination platform.

3.Consolidate requests, verifications, management and examination, and appropriation of funds for each sub-project within the Higher Education Enhancement Project.

4.Compile the common management and examination forms for the Higher Education Enhancement Project and upload data to the platform.

5.Compile midterm and final achievement reports for the Higher Education Enhancement Project.

6.Assist in conducting inspections and visits related to the review of the Higher Education Enhancement Project.

7.Assist in handling tasks related to the Teaching Practice Research Project.

8.Serve as a maintenance personnel for the Ministry of Education's Enhancement Project management and examination platform.

9.Serve as a web maintenance personnel for the Teacher Development and Learning Resources Unit.

10.Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.

1. Assist in organizing orientation workshops for new teachers.

2. Assist in organizing professional development workshops for teachers (including teaching observation sessions).

3. Assist in the arrangements for meetings of the Teacher Evaluation and Counseling Committee.

4. Assist in organizing the selection of outstanding teachers and teacher awards.

5. Assist in conducting follow-up counseling for teacher evaluations.

6. Assist in providing guidance for teacher instructional assessment.

7. Assist in arranging meetings of the Teacher Development Committee.

8. Assist in the review of applications for grants and awards for teacher improvement plans and teaching improvement incentives.

9. Assist in the review of competitions for the production of excellent teaching materials and teaching aids.

10. Assist in the review of competitions for innovative teaching model courses.

11. Organize annual presentations of results from teacher improvement plans.

12. Handle matters related to teacher office hours (announcements and statistics).

13. Handle matters related to after-school tutoring for students (statistics).

14. Handle matters related to remedial teaching (statistics).

15. Handle matters related to Teaching Assistants (including TA training).

16. Assist in organizing workshops to enhance student learning abilities.

17. Handle other ad-hoc assignments.
