New Student Section-Relevant Information on Tuition and Fees Waiver
免學費、特殊身分雜費減免辦理流程說明
Q1：五專前三年免學費如何申請?
A1：1.所有應屆新生皆可申請，將由學務處體課組先行協助減免。
2.若開學後教育部查調發現已曾經申請過者，將會請學生補繳費。
Q2：具有特殊身分者(軍公教遺族、身障學生及子女、中低收入戶、低收入戶、
原住民學生、特殊境遇家庭子女)，該如何辦理特殊身份雜費減免?
A2：1.於現場報到時填寫特殊學雜費減免申請單，附上佐證資料，繳交至體課組。
2.通訊報到者，請自行下載列印特殊身分學雜費減免申請單，填妥後與佐證資料一併
寄至學校。
3.收到註冊單後才發現有誤，需要補申請→請上本校校務系統操作申請及列印，攜帶
紙本至本校學務處體課組申請換單。
★操作說明：列印特殊身份學雜費申請單操作方法
低收入戶學生：可同時申請教育部學產基金低收入戶助學金，請下載學產基金低收入戶
學生助學金申請書於報到當天或註冊日跟著特殊身分學雜費申請表一起
繳交 (本單僅低收入戶學生需繳交)
軍公教遺族子女：需填寫軍公教遺族子女就學優待申請書
(本單僅適用軍公教遺族子女需繳交)
就學貸款申請須知←請點選
注意!!新生欲辦理就學貸款者，請於註冊日前完成，註冊繳費單金額正確
才可辦理貸款，本年度於111年08月01日起，即可至高雄銀行辦理。

如符合特殊身分學雜費減免之申請者，且報到時未事先登記者，請
務必記得於111年8月8日(含)以前先親自至學校辦理減免並更換為
正確金額之註冊繳費單再繳費，以利8月10日辦理註冊!!
